This disclaimer applies to all AI agents ("Agents") available on the Web42 platform at https://web42.ai. Please read it carefully before acquiring, installing, or using any Agent.

1. Third-Party Content

All Agents available on the Platform are created, published, and maintained by independent third-party sellers ("Creators"), not by Web42. Web42 is a marketplace that facilitates the distribution of Agents and does not author, develop, or control the Agents listed on the Platform.

2. No Review or Guarantee

Web42 does not review, audit, test, verify, or guarantee:

  • The accuracy, reliability, or correctness of any Agent's output or behavior
  • The safety, security, or quality of any Agent's code
  • The fitness of any Agent for any particular purpose
  • The compatibility of any Agent with your systems, data, or workflows
  • The compliance of any Agent with any laws, regulations, or industry standards

3. User Responsibility

By acquiring and using an Agent, you acknowledge and accept that:

  • You assume all risk associated with installing and running the Agent on your systems
  • You are responsible for evaluating whether an Agent is appropriate for your use case
  • You should review the Agent's code, license, and documentation before use
  • You are responsible for any actions taken by the Agent on your behalf, including interactions with external services, APIs, or data

AGENTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." Web42 AND THE AGENT CREATORS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Web42 SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM:

  • The use or inability to use any Agent
  • Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in any Agent's output
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data by an Agent
  • Loss of data, revenue, or profits resulting from Agent use
  • Any actions taken by an Agent, whether or not authorized by you
  • Security vulnerabilities or malicious behavior in any Agent

THIS LIMITATION APPLIES WHETHER THE DAMAGES ARE BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.

6. Recommendation

Before using any Agent, we strongly recommend that you:

  • Read the Agent's description, README, and documentation thoroughly
  • Review the Agent's license and understand your rights and restrictions
  • Examine the Agent's source code when available
  • Test the Agent in a controlled or sandboxed environment before production use
  • Maintain adequate backups of your data
  • Monitor the Agent's behavior and output for accuracy and safety

7. Reporting Issues
